Mike Weinfurter Bear

We haven’t heard from any successful hunters over the past weekend. Instead, we’ll show a pic of the impressive bear that Mike Weinfurter took down recently. I don’t know any details about this hunt. I only had this pic texted to me with the caption “Mike Weinfurter Bear”. With no accompanying story I’m forced to draw my own conclusions. Here goes:

There’s no weapon featured in this picture so I can only assume Mike took it down with his bare hands (no pun intended). This bear fight clearly took place during the nighttime hours. Mike is wearing camo so it was a sneak attack. From what I can see he looks unscathed and actually quite happy, so it must’ve been a one-sided affair. The moral of the story is, if you’re wandering through the woods at night you better hope you don’t cross Mike Weinfurter. We’ll post more details as we get them, or maybe we can get Mike to join us on the podcast and tell the story. If not, just assume everything I wrote here is true. Congrats on a successful hunt, Mike.
