Congrats to De Pere Project Manager Nick Coe on a successful doe hunt a couple weekends ago. Nick sent us a cool slow motion video of his shot that you can view above. Not only did Nick fill his freezer – as my dad used to say, “You can’t eat antlers.” – but he’s now entered in our special prize drawing at the end of the season. If you harvest a doe or small buck this season and think, “That’s not worth sending to the buck pool,” think again. This year anyone who had a successful hunt will be entered in a special drawing. So, let us know about your deer even if it’s not a trophy. We appreciate all hunting stories. Congrats again to Nick!
