Isaac Blohowiak Strikes Again

Congrats to Isaac Blohowiak, my nephew, on his recent hunt in western Wisconsin with his buddies. They are on public land doing some ‘hang and hunts’ and coming from experience this is not easy. Here is what Isaac had to say about his hunt:

“I hung my stand around 9:30 in the morning and by 11 I saw my first cruising buck. After that little buck went through the movement didn’t stop. Ended up seeing 3 more little bucks and a group of does. Around 5:45 I heard a deer moving through the corn I was sitting near. He eventually worked his way to the edge of the woods and gave me a 20 yard shot. He ended up dying in the draw 60 yards from where I shot him.”

This buck looks to be a contender for the top 5 this year so I can’t wait to get some tape on this guy! Isaac is currently a second year plumbing apprentice for Local 400 and is working at P&G. In the pic below from left to right is Jason Selner, Parker Veeser (son of Cory Veeser), Isaac Blohowiak, and Nathan Ronsman .
