Adam Juckem- Kansas Giant

Huge congrats to Adam Juckem on hammering this Kansas giant! As I’m writing this, it’s Friday afternoon and after a long week, I was going to call it a week and head home to change for my evening bear hunt. Then I get a text from a number I don’t have in my phone saying, “Hey Jeff, just heading back from Kansas with a set of loins and was wondering what info you all need for the buck pool.” At first, I thought it was a phony text that we all end up blocking and deleting but then I saw the words, ‘buck pool’. Then the pic came in and my jaw dropped! I immediately called and said, “I don’t know who this is but that is an absolute giant!” He said, “this is Adam Juckem, a fitter/welder from the De Pere location.” After some huge congratulations, he said the whole thing happened so fast. If it wasn’t for a raccoon standing up on it’s hind legs to check out something off in the distance and the sound of a branch breaking, this behemoth stepped out at 15 yards between two trees. The buck gave Adam a small window of time to take the shot. The rest was history and Adam is the first and most likely will be in the lead for quite sometime this 2024 TG Buck Pool season! Adam was muzzleloader hunting on private land in Kansas. Great job Adam! I can’t wait to get my hands on the rack and get some tape on him!
