Congrats to Brian Mier, Journeyman Sheetmetal from the De Pere location, on his recent success last week while bowhunting! Check out his story:
Jason Waligursky and I headed out to hunt couple spots on public Land. I got to my spot about 4:30 pm. Carried in my pack chair and bow. I sat on the ground in front of my tree, set up, and hit the grunt call, Nothing. 20 mins after that doe bleat nothing. At 5:45 pm I decided I was going to hit the black rack easy and grunt a few low & little bit longer grunts, after that I seen him coming in 2 mins later right to me and he stopped 20 Yards away. I was pumped, it was my biggest deer, he looked at me twice, but the wind was perfect. After the second time I knew I had to shoot, or I might not get a chance. After I shot, I went and got Jason at 6:03 pm(Primetime), he helped me track him down. He only made it about 75 Yards away. The rest is history. Big Thanks to Jason for all his help.
