Dan Ebert- South Dakota

Congrats to Dan Ebert on his successful hunt in South Dakota! Dan is the Labor Coordinator-Plumbers/Steamfitters. Here is Dan’s story along with some pics of his pheasant hunting group:

“I shot this 10 pointer in S Dakota, beautiful wide open country with lots of draws, seems you can see forever. I shot this buck with my 6.5 creedmoor at just under 20 yards 😂. I was sitting on the edge of a draw looking over some other draws and hills and he came right through some scrub oaks right below me. I have a bipod for my rifle with a turret scope, range finder and spotting scope all set up for watch over the hills and valleys and I shot him at just under 20 yards.  Gotta get home so I can get up to camp for the Michigan gun opener.
Good luck to everyone out there hunting, stay safe.”

Myself, my son Jacob, Greg Blazer and Dustin Delsman had some great days of pheasant hunting in S Dakota. Got our limit every day and enjoyed time watching our dogs work and make some amazing retrieves, watching the dogs is what I enjoy the most.  Had some great times as always with our Rancher friends who are gracious enough to let us hunt their land.
