Congrats to Isaac Blohowiak on his buck taken in Crawford County! If you don’t know Isaac, he is a plumbing 3rd year apprentice out of our Depere/Wrightstown location. Isaac was on a public land hunting trip in unknown territory in south western WI with a group of friends. One of his buddies, Parker Veeser (son of Cory Vesser), was along for the trip and was going to video and assist with anything the guys needed as Parker already had his tag filled from earlier this season. As Isaac was setting up his sticks and his stand up in a tree, Parker noticed a buck walking in their direction. Parker whispered to Isaac to get his ass down from the tree because there was a buck coming in. Isaac quickly came down, got his bow, and moments later was able to get an arrow in this buck but was unsure of the shot because of the unknown yardage. He thought he hit high on him but the arrow showed good promise of a fatal shot! They let them sit for a couple hours and with the help of his Dad driving all the way across the state to assist, they were able to retrieve this public land buck! Great work Isaac!
