2024 Opening Weekend Updates

What seems to be a slow opening weekend with the amount of entries sent in, the quality of them sure is impressive! We are up to 49 bucks taken on our list which ties us with the most ever in TG Buck Pool history! I’m guessing there is some stragglers still out there that have to be sent in yet so I’m sure that number will only rise from here. Plus we have the rest of the week and weekend to push that number up! As for me, it has been a pretty slow gun season in the Kewaunee County area and by the sound of it from many of you, the story is the same. I’m sure with the season being so late in November and the rut winding down are the main reasons. Maybe with the lack of deer movement, hunting parties will start utilizing some deer drives to increase their chances this coming week! With that being said, be extremely careful and always know your target and beyond! Good luck and make sure when you do harvest your trophy, take that million dollar picture with you in it!
