Legend Larry Robenhorst is feeling like an extra proud grandpa this week, and he’s got good reason. On October 10, Larry and his grandson Jameson headed out for the youth hunt in Brown County, Wisconsin, and Jameson came home with a 6-point buck.
It was a warm day in the shack, but the two stuck it out right up until the end. About ten minutes before closing, this nice 6-pointer stepped into the shooting lane and made a beeline for the Legends Buck Mineral. Jameson took aim and put the shot right into the buck’s heart. The deer ran about 40 yards and tipped over.
That makes four bucks for Jameson now, and every one of them was a heart shot. As Larry puts it, the kid can shoot!
When Larry Robenhorst isn’t making Legends Buck Mineral or out on a hunt he’s a Truck Driver for Tweet Garot at our Wrightstown Shop. Congrats to Jameson and Larry, and thanks for sharing the story with us!
