Congrats to Greg Blazer with his doe he recently harvested! Greg is a retired Steamfitter form our De Pere location.

“Got another doe on our annual muzzleloader hunt. We were hunting on the Garden Peninsula of the UP on my son in law’s family land. I was sitting in a redneck blind with my daughter Ashley and her daughters Benelli 4 and Briar 2. Weather was cold and windy with snow squalls. The deer were coming out from all directions and lots of them. Ashley shot two and I shot one. All nice big ones. It was a very special hunt with the little ones along and they were such little troopers. Wish we could have gotten some better pictures but the weather was brutal especially with the girls along. What a way to wrap up my season!”

Congrats to Kirk Altergott on a successful hunt this past week! Kirk is a Master Plumber working out of the Wrightstown facility.

“I got what I thought was a nice size doe but turns out it was a buck that had already shed its antlers 12/13/25. Marinette county. I found a good looking spot scouting after my cold morning hunt. The deer had been scratching in the leaves feeding on acorns. I constructed a quick ground blind up on a ridge down wind of the area where I thought they would come out to feed. Everything went as planned! I made a good shot on it and was happy to get it at 2pm before the temperature dropped!”

Congrats to Mike Weiting with his gun buck taken in Marinette County! Mike is a Systems Engineer from the De Pere location.

Luke LaPerriere had a successful trip out hunting Mule deer and Antelope! Luke is a Steamfitter Foreman from the De Pere location. This is personally a bucket list trip for me so it’s pretty cool that Luke shared this! Congrats!

“Antelope & Mule deer I was able to harvest in Buffalo, Wyoming this year! Being able to harvest my first mule deer & antelope was a phenomenal experience, a trip all hunters should experience at least once!” 

Congrats to Matt Bierhals with his buck taken during the firearm season in Oconto County! Matt is a Sheetmetal Foreman form the De Pere location.

“Was able to connect on a broken up 9 I’ve had a few encounters with through the season. Made quick work of it opening morning at 7:30am!”

Congrats to Andrew Nimmer with his buck taken with the bow in Kewaunee County on Nov. 12th! Andrew is a 3rd year Sheetmetal Apprentice from the Wrightstown facility.

Congrats to Matt Rezba with his nice buck taken on a recent trip to Illinois with his Dad and daughter! This is only the 2nd buck ever taken that came from Illinois in the TG Buck Pool. Matt is a Steamfitter Foreman from the De Pere location.

“I wanted my Dad or daughter to get one so it’s bittersweet that I got one and they didn’t. I got the buck in Hancock County, Illinois on Dec. 5th with a 400 Legend. Score is TBD.”

Congrats to Bret Luedtke with his successful firearm season! Bret was able to bring down a buck and a doe! Bret is HVAC Service/New Construction from the Altoona location.

“Both deer were shot in Eau Claire county. Buck is an 8 pointer, not sure of score. Buck was shot on opening day at 4:50 pm, and recovered Sunday morning. Doe was shot on a deer drive on Friday of regular gun season.”

Greg Blazer gunned down this doe during the firearm season! Greg is a newly retired Steamfitter out of our De Pere location. Looks like his retirement is off to a great start with this freezer queen! Congrats Greg!

“Got this freezer filler on the 7th. Barely any teeth left in her mouth and that’s very common in northern Manitowoc County 😜. The halo comes from working for TG for 36 years!” 

Congrats to Justin Johnson with his buck he took with the crossbow during the muzzleloader season! This buck was taken in Door County. Justin is a Service Technician out of the De Pere location.

“Had him on camera all season, actually was hanging with the buck that Maggie shot. He was daylighting often, but on opposite days that we hunted. Until Sunday…!”

Ray Rabas was able to bring down this bobcat this past week in Marinette County! This is the first submission of a bobcat that I can recall and what a nice pic Ray sent in! This cat weighed in at 34.3 lbs and and it’s the first bobcat Ray has ever harvested. Congrats Ray! Ray is a Plumbing Foreman working out of the De Pere location.
